JD Caron
Owner/Book Marketing Expert

About Me
JD was a coach long before he ever knew what that was. From his time in the military, to the decade he spent as a 911 ambulance dispatcher, he constantly found himself in leadership and teaching roles (he knows his way around an emergency).
And after struggling to self-publish his first book, he knew he could help others do it better. Currently, JD is traveling around Europe, exploring WWII sites and sampling all the delightful cuisine the continent has to offer.
Mairead Beeson
Writing Coach Extraordinaire/Editor

About Me
Mairead is an award-winning editor whose passion for writing started at a young age. And it was cemented when she received a personal response letter from her favorite author Darren Shan after writing to him.
Although her passions have now multiplied to include various “very British” leisure pursuits (football, awful 80s slasher movies, Indian food, cycling, comedy, etc.), she still can’t resist making time for a good book…or three.
Melissa Caplen
Administrative Assistant

About Me
Mel is a career administrator who joined the freelancing bandwagon after realizing how much more freedom it offered. Plus, being her own boss and working from home meant more snuggle time with her beloved dog.
Recently, Mel has started dabbling in horseback riding after a 25-year hiatus. Sure, she’s afraid of heights and still gets stuck in the saddle during dismount, but she now has the time to hang there as long as it takes to get down.
Chris Oosthuizen
On Staff Writer

About Me
Chris is a freelance writer and author based well, all over the world basically. After completing numerous degrees and climbing the corporate ladder, he decided to flee and adapted the mantra: work to live, not live to work.
For most of the year, he finds himself living on the beach in Nicaragua but spends a considerable amount of time each year exploring other countries. It is easy to do so for him as everything he owns can easily fit into two backpacks.
